Every module. One system.

Run the whole business. From one login. Most of what we sell is one trade’s edition of this — the restaurant one, the shop one, the school one. If you would rather have the whole thing and decide the shape yourself, this is that: 46 modules, switch on the ones you need, never see the rest. No edition to choose, no tier to outgrow, nothing to integrate. This page says what each one does.

What does my business switch on?

Pick a trade. The first set is what is on the day the account is created — nobody configures it. The second is what that kind of business usually adds next. Everything else is still one switch away, at no extra cost.

Classroom hours, road lessons, cars and the DMV. See AutoEd

Usually added next — one switch each

Somebody books you, you turn up, you get paid. See the events edition

Usually added next — one switch each

Roofing, HVAC, landscaping — quote-led work. See the contractor edition

A back office without a shop floor — importers, wholesalers, agencies.

The whole list

All 46, by what they are for.

Six categories. Open one to read what every module in it does, how it works, and which businesses have it on.

How it works

Three things that are true of all of them.

One implementation, shared by every trade

There is not a restaurant Customers module and a school Customers module. There is one, and a school calls it Students. That is why a coaching centre that starts selling merchandise switches on a catalog instead of buying a second system.

They already know each other

A dish fired in the kitchen deducts its recipe from stock, and the stock number reaches the dashboard, the report and the order list without an integration in between. Modules are parts of one system, not apps in a marketplace.

Nothing here is an upsell

Every module in this list is included in the same $450 per user, per year — there is no module you have to buy and no edition to upgrade to. Two things are charged on top, because they cost us money to run — the AI tier at $2,500 a year, and Premium Service at $1,500 a year. Neither is switched on unless you ask. Switching a module on is a toggle, not a call with sales.

Do I pay more for more modules?

No. Mangrove ERP is $450 per user, per year, and every one of the 46 modules is included in it. Two things are charged separately, and both are optional: the AI tier at $2,500 a year, because the model calls have a real cost, and Premium Service at $1,500 a year. There is no edition to upgrade to and no module sold on its own.

Do I pay for a year at a time, and what happens at renewal?

Either way. You can buy a year and renew it each year, or buy several years up front. Renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal — there is no automatic charge at a price you have not seen.

What happens if I switch a module on and do not want it?

Switch it off. The data it created stays where it is, and the module disappears from the sidebar. Nothing is deleted and nothing has to be migrated.

What does “we run it” mean next to a module?

Mangrove runs its own company on Mangrove. 7 of the 46 modules are live inside our own ERP but not yet switched on for tenants — they are finished software being used daily, waiting on the tenant-facing screen. We would rather say that plainly than call them live.

Can I rename a module to match how my business talks?

Yes. Every module label can be renamed per business, and several already ship renamed by trade — Customers reads as Diners in a restaurant, Students in a school, Homeowners for a contractor. The module underneath is the same one.
