System.

The parts you set once and forget. 4 of these 8 are running in a tenant’s ERP today — each one below says plainly which.

Settings

The knobs — hours, tax, currency, branding, and what your business calls things.

Live
What it does
  • Opening hours, timezone, currency and locale
  • Tax rates and service charges as configuration, never as code
  • Logo, colours and receipt branding
  • Rename any module to your own vocabulary
  • Turn a module on or off

There is no hardcoded tax rate or tip rule anywhere in Mangrove. Everything a jurisdiction or a trade does differently is a setting, which is why a new country is configuration rather than a release.

Devices

The tablets, tills, kitchen screens and kiosks, and which one is which.

Live
What it does
  • Pair a device with a short code — no typing a password on a tablet
  • Name a device and tie it to a location
  • Lock or unlock a terminal, with the person on it recorded
  • Unpair a device the moment it goes missing

A device has its own identity separate from the people who use it, so a lost tablet is revoked without changing anyone’s password.

Audit log

Every action, every user, in order, and impossible to edit.

Live
What it does
  • Who did what, to which record, and when
  • Before and after values on a change
  • Manager overrides, voids and refunds attributed to the real person
  • Append-only — nobody, including us, can rewrite it

Every write in the platform emits an audit event. It is not a feature a module can decide to skip.

AI usage

What the AI cost you this month, per feature.

Live
What it does
  • Spend and quota for the tenant, not an unexplained line on a bill
  • Broken down by which feature spent it
  • A quota you set, rather than a surprise

Most of what looks like AI in Mangrove is arithmetic — forecasting, ranking, scheduling — and costs nothing to run. This page shows you the part that genuinely calls a model.

Payments

Card devices, payouts and disputes in one place.

Soon
What it does
  • Clover terminals — Flex, Mini, Station
  • Payouts and settlement visible against the sales they came from
  • Disputes and chargebacks tracked rather than emailed

Card data is never stored by us. The device holds the compliance burden and hands back a token, and we keep the token, the last four digits and the brand for the receipt.

Soon. Card capture already works through Clover on the terminal. This module is the back-office view of it — payouts, disputes, device health.

Vendors

Who you buy from, on what terms, and what you owe them.

Soon
What it does
  • Supplier records with contacts and payment terms
  • Contracts and price lists
  • Purchase orders received against stock
  • Bills owed, aged

The supplier is one record shared by the stock you receive and the bill you pay, so the two cannot disagree.

Soon. Purchase orders and supplier bills already work inside Inventory and Money. This module gives the supplier a page of their own.

FX

More than one currency, for a business that buys in one and sells in another.

We run it
What it does
  • Rates recorded at the date of the transaction, not today’s
  • Report in your home currency without losing the original
  • Gains and losses shown as their own line rather than hidden in margin

Money is stored as an integer in its own currency with the rate that applied, so no amount is ever a rounded float.

We run it. Running in Mangrove’s own ERP — we are incorporated in Bangladesh and sell in Canadian dollars, so we needed it first.

AI spend

What AI will cost next month, and whether it is earning it.

We run it
What it does
  • A forecast rather than a running total
  • Return per feature — what each AI feature is actually worth
  • The evidence to switch one off

Every AI feature has to pass a money test before it ships. This is the page that scores it afterwards.

We run it. We run this on ourselves. It is how we decide which AI features are worth keeping.

Every module · $450 per user / year · no implementation project

Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. Two things are charged on top, and neither is switched on unless you ask for it: the AI tier, $2,500 a year, and Premium Service, $1,500 a year.
