Everyday.

The same in every Mangrove, whatever you sell. 7 of these 10 are running in a tenant’s ERP today — each one below says plainly which.

Home

The first screen after you sign in: what needs you today, before you have to go looking.

Live
What it does
  • Today’s numbers for your trade — takings, labour, bookings, whichever ones your business actually has
  • An inbox of the things that need a decision, not a feed of everything that happened
  • Low stock and expiring stock, surfaced before the shift that runs out
  • A written briefing of the day, in sentences rather than charts
  • The Command Center tab, once the AI tier is on

The cards are chosen by your business type, not by a template — a dining room opens on sales and labour, a coaching centre opens on attendance and fees. Nobody configures it.

Team

Everyone who works for you, and exactly what each of them is allowed to do.

Live
What it does
  • A roster with roles, pay rates and pay-rate history
  • Invite an employee once — account, role and terminal PIN in a single step
  • Four-digit PIN sign-in for tablets and tills, so nobody shares a password
  • Assign and remove roles without touching anyone else’s access
  • Disable someone the day they leave, keeping every record they touched

Permission is a capability, not a job title. You can let one server void a check without making them a manager, and the audit log still knows who did it.

Files

The company drive — folders, uploads, versions, and documents you write inside the app.

Live
What it does
  • Folders and files, with a trash you can restore from
  • Upload a new version and keep every older one
  • Write documents in-app instead of emailing a Word file around
  • Share a file or a whole folder with named people
  • Search across the lot

Files belong to the business, not to whoever uploaded them — so when someone leaves, nothing leaves with their laptop.

Documents

The paperwork you are required to keep, with the expiry dates attached.

Live
What it does
  • Licences, insurance certificates, business registration, signed contracts
  • An expiry date on each one, so renewals stop being a surprise
  • Attach a document to the person, vendor or job it belongs to
  • One list to hand an inspector instead of a filing cabinet

Separate from the general drive on purpose: this is the compliance shelf, and it is meant to be short enough to read.

Alerts

One feed of what the system noticed and thinks you should see.

Live
What it does
  • Stock running low, and stock about to expire
  • Voids, comps and refunds that fell outside the usual pattern
  • Schedule changes, shift swaps and time-off requests waiting on you
  • An unread count that clears when you have actually dealt with it
  • Push to your phone when the browser is closed

Alerts are raised by the modules themselves as they work — nobody writes a rule to be told the walk-in is low.

Schedule

Who works when, what it costs you, and what happens when someone cannot make it.

Live
What it does
  • Build a week from a saved template or copy last week forward
  • Conflict detection before you publish — double-bookings, overtime, someone who is off
  • Publish and notify everyone at once, with read receipts
  • Time-off requests with balances, approvals and accrual
  • Shift swaps between staff, and open shifts anyone can claim
  • Labour cost against a target while you are still building the week
  • Overtime and premium pay worked out for you
  • A no-show risk flag on the shifts most likely to go wrong

The schedule and the timeclock are the same records, so the labour number on your dashboard is what people were actually paid for, not what you planned to pay.

Tasks

Jobs with an owner and a due date, so nothing lives only in one person’s head.

We run it
What it does
  • Opening and closing checklists that reset every day
  • Recurring rotations — deep cleans, stock counts, filter changes
  • Sub-tasks, and one task that cannot start until another finishes
  • Lanes and projects, so a hundred open jobs still read as a plan
  • A staleness strip that shows what nobody has touched in a month

Work is linked to the thing that produced it — a commit, a decision, a document — so a task carries its own evidence instead of a status someone typed.

We run it. This is what Mangrove itself runs on. It went in when we measured our own board and found 25 of 26 open items more than thirty days stale, with nothing anywhere saying so.

Chat

Internal threads for the team, in the same place the work is.

We run it
What it does
  • Threads per topic rather than one endless room
  • Front of house to back of house without personal phone numbers
  • Ask the AI cofounder inside a thread, where it can see what you are discussing

A thread is attached to the business, so a conversation about a supplier is still there next year when the same argument comes round again.

We run it. Live inside Mangrove’s own ERP. For tenants it is queued behind the modules that make you money first.

Command Center

The AI cofounder — it reads your business, says what it found, and can act when you ask it to.

Live
What it does
  • Ask a plain question about your own numbers and get an answer from your own data
  • Ambient checks that run on their own and speak up when something has moved
  • Decisions captured as they are made, so next quarter you know why
  • Ideas mined out of the week rather than a blank suggestion box
  • Tools it can actually run — with every action written to the audit log

Maths first, language second: the numbers come from queries, and the model is used to explain them — which is why it does not invent a figure.

Live. The paid tier, in beta. Off by default; one switch turns it on.

Where we are

A now / next / later board for the whole company, so everyone can see the same picture.

We run it
What it does
  • Three columns and no ceremony
  • Everything blocked on a person, in one place, instead of scattered
  • A ledger of features that were built and never switched on

Fed by the same records as Tasks — it is a view, not a second system to keep up to date.

We run it. Running in our own ERP. It exists because we found five finished features sitting unused for a combined 425 days.

Every module · $450 per user / year · no implementation project

Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. Two things are charged on top, and neither is switched on unless you ask for it: the AI tier, $2,500 a year, and Premium Service, $1,500 a year.
