Your pages, your copy, your tiers and add-ons, kept once and reused. A new estimate starts finished rather than blank.
Live todayRun the whole job. From one login. Measurements in, a polished signed-off proposal out — in one sitting, with your margins protected. Built hands-on with a roofing company; the proposals engine is live, and the first contractor tenants are onboarding now.
Book a demoA homeowner decides on the document you leave behind. Most contractors write it that night, in a word processor, from photos on a phone — and the price is a number they hope is right. This turns the same hour into a branded, tiered, signable proposal with the margin already checked.
Your templates hold the pages, the copy, the tiers and the add-ons. An estimate picks a template, takes the measurements and the photos from the inspection, and comes out the other side as a document you would be happy to sign yourself.

Inspection — 6 photos
North slope granule loss · valley flashing corroded · two soft spots at the chimney cricket — each photo captioned and ordered as it appears in the PDF.

Live todayGood, better and best on one page. Homeowners pick a scope instead of comparing you against a number they cannot judge.
Live todayCaptioned, reordered to match your argument, and printed into the document — so the damage makes the case, not the salesmanship.
Live todayThe homeowner chooses a tier and signs where they read it. The choice and the signature reference land on the estimate.
Live todayOne homeowner-facing paragraph written by the model, explaining the trade-off in plain language. It is metered against your AI allowance like every other AI feature — and you edit it before it goes.
Live todayThe same document rendered for print and email, from the same source — so the copy the homeowner keeps cannot drift from the one you sent.
Live todayThree tiers, and no surprises in the bill: what every Mangrove product comes with, what roofing, hvac, landscaping — quote-led work needs on top of that, and what else you can switch on. Mangrove for Contractors includes all of it — you never pay per tool, and there is no module you have to buy.
Add-ons cost nothing extra. They are separate only because most businesses of this kind do not switch them on in the first week.
Need something none of these do? The studio builds it — same team, and we have done it before.
Software demos well on the happy path. What decides whether you keep it is the hour it goes wrong. These are four that happen to a contractor, and what happens next.
Change the measurement and the proposal, the materials and the margin all move with it — before you leave the driveway.
A branded PDF comes out of the same numbers you just measured, signed in the same visit rather than emailed on Monday.
Costs are held per material, not typed into each estimate — update once and every open quote is honest again.
Which proposals are out, which are signed and which have gone quiet is a board, not a memory.
A crew is a handful of logins and a lot of jobs. This is priced per person who logs in, not per job, not per proposal, and with no setup quoted on top of it.
Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. The 24/7 option is the service previously called Premium, not a second charge on top of it. Your data exports whenever you want it.
What software like this is worth is not a number we get to invent. Below is what other people measured, with the source on every one — set against a $450 bill.
Read those as figures for this kind of software, published by other people — not as measurements of Mangrove for Contractors. Two of the three come from companies that sell a remedy for the problem they measured; we have named all three, and dated them, so you can weigh that yourself.
$7.23 back on a dollar is a ratio, and the dollars underneath it were much larger dollars. Mainstream software at a typical $35 per user per month is about $420 a year for each person who logs in, and quotes the setup on top of that. We are not going to pretend the ratio multiplies cleanly onto a smaller bill; nobody has measured that. What we can say is which half of it we control. Per person, we made the denominator $450 — and there is no setup line under it.
