Attendance
Per course, per student, per date. Take a whole batch in one pass, and every absence is on the record the moment it happens.
Live todayThe whole centre, from one login. Mangrove Education runs the coaching centre — your students, your batches, your question bank, your fees, under your own name. It is the same learning engine behind Schoology, turned toward the institution rather than the individual student. Attendance in a tap, mocks graded the moment they’re submitted, and parents who find out from you rather than from a rumour.
Walk through a dayMost centres run on a register book, a WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet of dues and a stack of marked papers. Mangrove Education replaces all four with one record per student that the teacher, the accountant and the parent are all looking at.
Attendance is recorded per course, per student, per date — one tap each. The absences don’t wait for a month-end report; they become a follow-up the same afternoon.

A guardian signs in and sees one thing: their child. The latest result with the topic breakdown, attendance for the month, whether this month’s fee is settled, and whatever the centre has announced.
It is the same app the student uses, with a guardian’s view of it — so nothing has to be exported, forwarded or retyped to keep a parent informed.
Per course, per student, per date. Take a whole batch in one pass, and every absence is on the record the moment it happens.
Live todayLink a parent to a child and they get their own sign-in. Unlink or suspend it just as easily when a family changes.
Live todayA recurring plan per student — amount, cadence, due day. Whether a month is settled is read from the payments themselves, so the ledger can’t drift from reality.
Live todayBuild papers from your own bank across chapters and subjects, with negative marking where the real exam uses it.
Live todayPapers are scored as they’re submitted and ranked across the batch — no red pens, no evening spent marking.
Live todayOne notice reaches the students it applies to and their guardians, instead of four WhatsApp groups and a hope.
Live todayAcademic registrar features — transcripts, GPA and formal terms — are planned, not shipped. We list them here as roadmap, never as capability.
The morning batch files in. Attendance is a tap per name — and the two students who didn't show are already flagged for a follow-up call, not discovered at month-end.
Mock #12 pulls from the full medical-admission bank. The moment the last student submits, every paper is scored, ranked, and plotted — no red pens, no late nights.
Seventeen minutes after the exam ends, the top scorer's father has her score, her rank and her weak topics on his phone — from the school, not from a rumour.
Every payment collected today is already against the right student, the right month. The principal sees who's paid and who needs a reminder — without opening a spreadsheet.

This is the teachers’ actual workflow: pick subjects, set the mix, and Schoology assembles a balanced paper from the bank. The engine is live — the paper below is an illustrative sample of it.
Sixty papers, scored the moment the last one is in — with per-topic analytics that tell the teacher what to reteach tomorrow.
Results, attendance and fee status go straight to the parent's phone — no photocopied report cards, no month-end surprises.
Monthly collection per student with a self-queuing reminder list — the ledger reconciles while you teach.
A centre’s income is a few hundred families each paying in instalments on different days, and the only record of who owes what is usually one person’s WhatsApp history. Money is not lost dramatically here — it goes quietly, a month at a time, to families nobody got round to asking.
Fees — November
214 students · 186 on instalment plans
Three tiers, and no surprises in the bill: what every Mangrove product comes with, what batches, attendance, question banks and fees needs on top of that, and what else you can switch on. Mangrove Education includes all of it — you never pay per tool, and there is no module you have to buy.
Add-ons cost nothing extra. They are separate only because most businesses of this kind do not switch them on in the first week.
Need something none of these do? The studio builds it — same team, and we have done it before.
The AI cofounder is a live part of the product — this exchange is a scripted sample of it.
Software demos well on the happy path. What decides whether you keep it is the hour it goes wrong. These are four that happen to a coaching centre, and what happens next.
Attendance is taken against the roster, so the gap is a record rather than a feeling — and the guardian is already linked to that student.
The plan is set once per student — amount, cadence, the day of the month — and what is outstanding as of any date is a question you ask, not a reconstruction from receipts.
Typed in once, they become a bank you compose from forever — a new mock in minutes, never the same paper twice.
They already have it. The guardian login shows attendance, the score and the fee position without anyone going to look.
A coaching centre runs on a handful of people who need their own login — the owner, the office, the teachers who take a register. Five of those come with the subscription. Everything below is the whole price list; there is nothing quoted separately and no implementation project to schedule.
Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. The 24/7 option is the service previously called Premium, not a second charge on top of it. The AI add-on is a one-year commitment: added mid-year it is pro-rated, it then renews with the base on the same invoice, and it cannot be cancelled mid-year.
What software like this is worth is not a number we get to invent. Below is what other people measured, with the source on every one — set against a $4,000 bill.
Read those as figures for this kind of software, published by other people — not as measurements of Mangrove Education. Two of the three come from companies that sell a remedy for the problem they measured; we have named all three, and dated them, so you can weigh that yourself.
$7.23 back on a dollar is a ratio, and it was measured on much larger dollars — systems bought with an implementation project attached. We are not going to pretend it multiplies cleanly onto a smaller bill; nobody has measured that. What we can say is which half of it we control: there is no setup fee, no project to schedule, and the price of running the centre is one line you can read in full above.
