Money & customers.

Core to every business, whatever the trade. 6 of these 8 are running in a tenant’s ERP today — each one below says plainly which.

Catalog

Everything you sell — products, SKUs, variants, modifiers and prices.

Live
What it does
  • Products with categories, and variants that carry their own price
  • Modifier groups — sizes, extras, options — attached to whatever needs them
  • Barcode and scan-code lookup, so a scanner finds the item
  • Archive an item without deleting its history, and restore it later
  • Mark something unavailable today without taking it off the list

One catalog serves every till, screen and online page you have, so a price you change once is changed everywhere at once.

A restaurant sees this module called Menu. A cosmetics importer sees Catalog. Same module.

Customers

The people who buy from you, what they bought, and what you are allowed to send them.

Live
What it does
  • Contact details, addresses and full order history
  • Loyalty programmes — earn, redeem, birthday bonuses
  • Gift cards: issue, reload, redeem, check a balance
  • Marketing consent recorded properly, per channel
  • Allergy and preference notes that travel with the order

Personal details live here and only here — orders point at a customer rather than copying their name around — which is what makes a deletion request something you can actually honour.

Called Students in a school, Diners in a restaurant, Shoppers in a shop, Homeowners for a contractor, Hosts for an events business.

Inventory

What you have, what it is worth, and what is about to go off.

Live
What it does
  • Stock by item and by batch, each batch with its own expiry
  • Receive a delivery against a purchase order
  • First-expiring-first-out consumption, so the oldest stock gets used first
  • Low-stock and expiring-stock alerts before the shift that runs out
  • Manual adjustments with a reason, and a variance report against the count
  • Wine by the glass — open a bottle, pour from it, reconcile what is left

Stock moves on its own as you sell: a dish fired in the kitchen deducts its recipe, a scanned item deducts itself. The count stays honest without a clipboard.

Money

Invoices out, bills in, and the aging that tells you who has not paid.

Live
What it does
  • Customer invoices — draft, issue, void, and a branded PDF
  • Email an invoice from inside the app
  • Supplier bills, received and paid off
  • Payments recorded against either side
  • AR and AP aging summaries, so overdue is a number rather than a feeling

Sales already in the system become invoices without re-keying, which is where most of the errors used to come from.

A school calls this Finance and uses it for tuition and fee plans; a contractor uses it for deposits and progress billing.

Reports

The numbers, worked out from the records rather than typed into a spreadsheet.

Live
What it does
  • Daily sales, payment mix, and sales by category, department, aisle or server
  • Top items, and menu engineering — what sells, what earns, what does neither
  • Labour cost, food cost and prime cost, each as a trend not a single day
  • Expiring inventory and compliance summaries
  • Read it on your phone on the way home

Every report reads the same records the tills and screens wrote, so there is no nightly export to go wrong.

Anomalies

Voids, comps and refunds pulled out for review — the quiet way money leaves a business.

Live
What it does
  • Every void, comp and refund flagged into a case
  • Assign a case to someone and record how it was resolved
  • Manager override captured with the manager’s own identity, not a shared PIN
  • A pattern across shifts, not a single suspicious night

The check is on the transaction as it happens, so nobody has to go looking through a month of receipts to find it.

Sales

The pipeline — who you are talking to, what stage it is at, and what happens next.

We run it
What it does
  • A prospect list with a dossier on each one
  • Stages that reflect your actual process, not a CRM vendor’s
  • Everything said and sent, kept against the account
  • Research that arrives with the lead instead of after it

Built as one module with Marketing, because a lead and a campaign are the same funnel seen from two ends.

We run it. This runs Mangrove’s own sales today. The tenant-facing screen is queued.

Marketing

Campaigns, segments and the reviews people leave you.

We run it
What it does
  • Segments recomputed from live customer data, with a preview before you send
  • Campaigns you can activate, pause and archive
  • Triggered sends — a birthday, a lapse, a first visit
  • Review monitoring, clustered by what people keep saying
  • Drafted replies to reviews, held for your approval before they go out

Consent is enforced at send time from the customer record, so a segment cannot quietly include someone who opted out.

We run it. Running inside Mangrove’s own ERP. Tenant version queued.

Every module · $450 per user / year · no implementation project

Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. Two things are charged on top, and neither is switched on unless you ask for it: the AI tier, $2,500 a year, and Premium Service, $1,500 a year.
