Shops & shelves.

Grocery, butcher, corner store. 2 of these 5 are running in a tenant’s ERP today — each one below says plainly which.

Checkout

The retail till — scan, total, take payment, done.

Live
What it does
  • Scan or search to add an item
  • Cash, card and split payment
  • Returns and refunds against the original sale
  • Manager override for a price change, captured properly
  • Keeps taking sales when the connection drops, and catches up after

The same order engine the restaurants use, with the parts a shop does not need taken out of the way.

Scale

Weighed items priced at the counter — deli, butcher, produce.

Soon
What it does
  • Read the weight from the scale and price the line from it
  • Tare, and price-per-kilo or per-pound
  • The weight stays on the receipt line for a dispute later

Speaks the standard Bluetooth weight-scale profile rather than one vendor’s protocol, so the hardware is not a lock-in.

Soon. The pricing engine is in and tested against a Bluetooth scale. The counter screen is queued behind our first retail tenant, who will shape it.

Barcode

A scanner that finds the item, whatever code is on the packet.

Live
What it does
  • Barcode, UPC and internal scan-code lookup from one scan
  • Works with an ordinary USB or Bluetooth scanner
  • Unknown code prompts you to add the item there and then

The lookup tries each kind of code in turn, so you do not have to know which one a supplier printed.

Cycle counts

Counting a few shelves often, instead of the whole shop once a year.

Soon
What it does
  • A short count list generated for today, weighted to fast movers and high value
  • Count on a phone against what the system expects
  • Variance recorded per item, with who counted and when
  • Shrinkage that shows up in weeks rather than at year end
  • No closing the shop for a full stocktake

A full stocktake is so expensive that it happens once a year, which means the numbers are wrong for eleven months. Counting a rotating slice keeps the whole shelf honest without ever shutting the doors.

Age verify

The age check on a restricted sale, recorded rather than remembered.

Soon
What it does
  • Prompts on the items that need it, not on the whole sale
  • Records that the check happened, who did it, and when
  • A list to show an inspector

Recorded against the sale, so the evidence is attached to the transaction rather than a logbook by the door.

Soon. The record-keeping is built. The till prompt goes in with the first shop that needs it.

Every module · $450 per user / year · no implementation project

Buy a year at a time and renew, or buy several years up front — renewal pricing is confirmed with you at renewal. Two things are charged on top, and neither is switched on unless you ask for it: the AI tier, $2,500 a year, and Premium Service, $1,500 a year.
