Team Live

What it does

• A roster with roles, pay rates and pay-rate history
• Invite an employee once — account, role and terminal PIN in a single step
• Four-digit PIN sign-in on shared tablets, so nobody shares a password
• Assign and remove roles without touching anyone else’s access
• Disable someone the day they leave, keeping every record they touched

How it works

Permission is a capability, not a job title. You can let one person reverse their own mistake without making them a manager, and the audit log still knows who did it.

What it saves. Shared logins are how a mistake gets blamed on nobody. A PIN each costs nothing and ends the argument.
