What it does

• Stock by item and by batch, each batch with its own expiry
• Receive a delivery against a purchase order
• First-expiring-first-out consumption, so the oldest stock gets used first
• Low-stock and expiring-stock alerts before the shift that runs out
• Manual adjustments with a reason, and a variance report against the count
• Part-used items — open one, draw from it, and reconcile what is left

How it works

Stock moves on its own as you sell: an item made to a recipe deducts its parts, a scanned item deducts itself. The count stays honest without a clipboard.

What it saves. Stock comes off as you sell, so the weekly count becomes a spot-check, and the oldest stock goes first without anyone policing it. Waste shrinks on its own.
