Files Live
The company drive — folders, uploads, versions, and documents you write inside the app.
What it does
- Folders and files, with a trash you can restore from
- Upload a new version and keep every older one
- Write documents in-app instead of emailing a Word file around
- Share a file or a whole folder with named people
- Search across the lot
How it works
Files belong to the business, not to whoever uploaded them — so when someone leaves, nothing leaves with their laptop.
What it saves. The twenty minutes a week that go on asking who has the latest version.
